固定包绕式螺旋扩弓器扩弓对牙弓弧形的影响

        [摘要] 目的 探讨固定包绕式螺旋扩弓器对牙弓弧度的影响。 方法 选取2014年3月～2015年3月来我院就诊的90名牙弓狭窄的患者进行研究，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组45名患者，治疗方式选取固定包绕式螺旋扩弓器用来扩大上牙弓；对照组45名，治疗方式选取支架式螺旋扩弓器用来扩大上牙弓。比较两组患者牙弓弧形的增值情况和上颌骨宽距的变化。 结果 观察组的牙弓弧形增值情况（5.65±1.36）mm明显高于对照组的（5.24±1.26）mm，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P

        [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of fixed circumvolutio screw arch expansion mechanics on the dental arch radian. Methods 90 patients with intraversion， who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015， were selected as the research objectives and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 45 patients in observation group were treated with fixed circumvolutio screw arch expansion mechanics to enlarge upper arch， while 45 patients in control group were treated with trestle type screw arch expansion mechanics to enlarge upper arch.
