早期神经康复在脑梗死急性期患者中的治疗效果研究

        [摘要]目的 观察早期神经康复在脑梗死急性期患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取2015年1～12月我院收治的脑梗死急性期患者80例，根据治疗方案不同分为对照组（n=40）和研究组（n=40）。对照组使用药物治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合早期神经康复治疗，对比两组的治疗结果。结果 研究组治疗后的MESSS评分、BI指数及FMA评分，显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

        [Abstract]Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of early neurological rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction in acute period.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction in acute period who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group （n=40） and study group （n=40） according to the treatment plan.Control group was administered with drug treatment，while study group was given early neurological rehabilitation treatment on the basis of control group.Treatment effect of two groups were compared.Results The post-treatment Modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia Stroke Scale （MESSS），Barthel Index （BI） and Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA） score of study group were significantly better than those of control group，with statistically significant differences （P
