Recently, cyber crimes have been brought into focus with the development of technology and the Internet. Nowadays, cyber crimes seem to be everywhere and any time. There are many kinds of crimes. The Internet fraud, intellectual property rights violation and disrupt e-businesses are several common crimes. Moreover, there are many hackers who created various computer virus cause network paralysis. Those actions all above are not only affect people's daily life but also cause companies' even nation's loss.

There are many reasons why cyber crimes grow so fast. As far as I am concerned, an array of persuasive factors contributes to the problems are obvious. The first role that should be blamed is our system of Internet management. Many officers who should supervise the safety of Internet do not do their job well. Another equally important factor lies in public. The factor that many consumers are not willing to spend more money to buy or download copyrighted software provides the chance to cyber criminals.

With the problem of cyber crimes becoming more and more serious, how to combat the cyber crimes and do cyber crimes' prevention have increasingly become a problem which people must be addressed. I think it's high time for us to take some effective measures to battle the cyber criminals. Firstly, our government should reinforce the cyber laws to protect the Web and ensure the safe environment of net economy. Once the crimes are discovered, the criminals must be arrested and punished strictly. Secondly, the enhancement propaganda and education in the law, raises the public's law consciousness and makes them know that how to combat cyber crimes and do cyber crimes' prevention. The department of the Internet management ought to purifies the environment of the Internet and makes those bad webs cannot exist.Besides, people should strengthen our awareness of safety and refuse to be a man who keenly takes petty advantage of others. Although pirated software is cheaper, for security, we should not choose a safer one. Then, we are able to learn how to use high techniques which can improve our computer security. Finally, our educational institutions should foster more talents to build up more firewalls so as to make the net immune to all kinds of viruses and unavailable to all kinds of cyber criminals.

As a university student, it is incumbent upon us to treat cyber crimes with the same responsibility. We also can do something to decrease the cyber crimes. For one thing, we should not browse any web which is unsafe or illegal. Some software which does not have the copyright should be refused by all of us. For another thing, we university students ought to be honest to others on the Internet. To begin with, we must ensure to release and spread real information. Furthermore, if we find someone or something sends bad information, we should stop to spread it and report to Internet police.

While the cyber crimes are increasingly rampant, by the combination of public and government, and only in this way can we create a healthier Internet and reduce cyber crimes gradually.
