【摘 要】乡村旅游社区中利益相关者主要有村民、旅游经营者、政府和游客，要实现乡村旅游业的可持续发展，各利益相关者之间必须建立相应的协调机制。对乡村旅游社区利益相关者的利益进行分析，了解各方的利益诉求，并制定以村民为主体、以政府为引导、以产业发展带动各利益体共同发展，协调社区各方利益分配的机制，对实现乡村旅游社区和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】The main stakeholders in rural tourism community are villagers， tourism operators， government and tourists. In order to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism， the corresponding coordination mechanism must be established among all stakeholders. The paper analyzes the interests of stakeholders in rural tourism community， understands the interests and demands of all parties， and formulates a mechanism of taking villagers as the main body， government as the guidance， industry development as the driving force for the common development of all stakeholders， and coordinating the distribution of interests among all parties in the community. It is of great significance for the harmonious development of rural tourism community. 【关键词】利益相关者；乡村旅游；协调机制

随着乡村振兴战略的全面实施，我国的乡村旅游市场迅速增长。据测算，2018年休闲农业和乡村旅游接待人次超过30亿，营业收入超过8000亿元[1]，乡村成为城市居民休闲旅游重要的目的地。发展乡村旅游对解决“三农”问题、美丽乡村建设，实现生态文明，促进新农村建设和城乡一体化融合发展具有十分重要的意义。为了促进乡村经济发展，当地政府与投资者纷纷致力于乡村旅游业的开发中。但目前，乡村旅游在发展的过程中出现了诸如生态环境恶化、村民正常生活被打扰、社区关系紧张等负面影响。同时，由于部分村民不能平等参与到乡村旅游社区利益分配中，对社区旅游业的发展漠不关心，甚至呈抵触态度，这对乡村旅游的发展非常不利。为了解决乡村旅游社区中各利益主体之间的矛盾，实现乡村社区的稳定和谐发展，就必须对乡村旅游社区各利益主体协调机制进行研究，使已经边缘化的社區村民向核心地位转变，缩小社区各利益主体之间的贫富差距，以达到乡村旅游可持续发展的目标。 2 乡村旅游社区利益相关者
