PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of wrinkle, air bubbles, delamination, etc., by a method in which a specific plastic layer having a specific shearing strength at a high temperature at which maximum contraction is exhibited is laminated with a hot-bonding adhesive layer composed primarily of an elastomer. CONSTITUTION:A bridged plastic layer having a thermal contractibility such as to offset thermal expansion based on linear expansion coefficient when heat- processed, with a thermal contraction rate of 3-30%, is laminated with a hot- bonding adhesive layer composed primarily of an elastomer, having a shearing strength of 0.001-0.05kg/cm<2> at a high temperature at which the bridged plastic layer exhibits a maximum thermal contractibility.
