　　唁电概念：

　　唁电是单位（或个人）向丧家或所在单位表示吊问的电文。

　　唁电写法：

　　唁电（函）分为私人和正式两类。在写法上其共同点是：只限于哀悼，不涉及其他内容。措词须表达出对死者的尊敬和悲痛的心情。内容简单明了直接，防止累赘。

　　但私人和正式唁电（函）也有区别，如私人唁电（函）侧重表达个人真实情感和伤感色彩，口语化一些；而正式唁电（函）则较庄重，格式较严谨，语言较规范。

　　在结构上，只须一个段落，篇幅要短。其内容包括：

　　① 提及某人逝世，并表示沉痛心情；

　　② 简述死者个人品格、贡献；

　　③ 对死者亲人表示慰问。

　　④ 对唁电（函）一般应给予简单答复。包括确认收到唁电（函），对对方的哀悼和同情表示感谢。

　　唁电格式：

　　1．开头写称谓。

　　．正文：惊闻噩耗的悲痛；丧者生前的业绩激起缅怀之情；表示致哀者的决心；向丧者亲属表示慰问。

　　3．结语常用“特电慰问”、“肃此电达”。

　　4．署名、日期。

　　唁电内容：

　　无论是哪种类型的唁电，一般而言，都有标题、开头、正文、结尾和落款几部分构成。

　　(一) 标题：

　　唁电标题的构成有两种形式。

　　一种直接由文种名称构成。如直接在第一行正中书写“唁电”二字。

　　一种由逝者亲属姓名或单位名称和文种名共同构成。如。

　　(二) 开头：

　　唁电开头是收唁电方的单位或逝世者家属的称呼。收唁电者是家属的，一般应在姓名后边加“同志”、“先生”、“女士”、“夫人”等相应称呼。

　　写法是顶格写，称呼后面加冒号。

　　(三) 正文：

　　正文要另起一行，空两格再写。正文通常由以下几项内容构成：

　　第一，直接抒写噩耗传来之后的悲恸心情，话无须多。

　　第二，以沉痛的心情，简述双方在交往中逝者生前所表现的优秀品德及功绩。

　　第三，表达致电单位或个人对逝者遗志的继承和决心，或表达一定要在逝者优秀品 德或精神的感召下奋勇前进等。

　　第四，向逝者家属表示亲切的问候和安慰。

　　(四) 结尾：

　　唁电结尾，一般写上“肃此电达”、“特电慰问”等字样。

　　(五) 落款：

　　落款写在右下方，要写明拍发唁电的单位名称或个人姓名。然后在此下面还要署上发电时间：××年×月×日。
