摘 要

由于陷入债务危机疑云，3月28日辉山乳业的股价出现了断崖式的下跌，单日下跌85%创下了港股单日跌幅的最高记录。作为中国唯一的全产业链乳制品生产企业，辉山乳业的前景一直被投资者看好，为何会突然出现债务危机，这之中的缘由值得我们进行研究。本文将经过分析辉山乳业所处的行业环境以及企业自身的可持续发展能力，把握辉山乳业的经营环境。结合辉山乳业实行的会计政策对其财务信息的可信度进行评估。在了解其经营环境和会计信息质量的基础上对辉山乳业的财务报表进行纵向分析和比率分析，经过对辉山乳业偿债能力、营运能力、成长能力和盈利能力的解读，把握辉山乳业的财务特征分析给公司业带来风险的缺陷所在。最终从企业管理者、债权人、投资者以及当地政府的角度对存在的缺陷和问题提出合理化建议。经过对辉山乳业控股有限公司的财务分析，帮助相关利益者了解企业的真实状况，为行业中采取类似经营模式的乳品加工企业提供经营管理上的借鉴。

Abstract

On March 28, the Huishan dairy industry plunged into a cliff-style slump as a result of the debt crisis, which hit a 85% per cent drop in the Hong Kong stock market. As the only industrial chain dairy production enterprise in China, the prospect of Huishan dairy industry has been favored by investors, why the debt crisis will suddenly appear, which is worthy of our research. This paper will analyze the industry environment of Huishan dairy industry and the sustainable development ability of enterprises, and grasp the operating environment of Huishan dairy industry. According to the accounting policy of Huishan dairy industry, the reliability of financial information is evaluated. Based on the understanding of its operating environment and the quality of accounting information, the paper carries out longitudinal analysis and ratio analysis of the financial statements of Huishan dairy industry. Through the interpretation of the solvency, operating ability, growth ability and profitability of Huishan dairy industry, the paper holds that the financial characteristics of Huishan dairy industry bring the defect of risk to enterprises. Finally, from the perspective of enterprise managers, creditors, investors and local government, the existing defects and problems are put forward rationalization proposals. Through the financial analysis of Huishan Dairy Holding Co., Ltd., help the stakeholders to understand the real situation of the enterprise, and provide reference for the management of dairy enterprises adopting similar business model in the industry.
