超级钢焊接接头及热影响区晶粒尺寸的预测

        摘要 : 应用有限元方法建立了超级钢焊接温度场的数学模型,对超级钢温度场和热循环进行了模拟和分析。利用模拟得到的热影响区热循环曲线,根据晶粒长大动力学原理对热影响区晶粒尺寸进行预测,预测结果与实验结果基本吻合。

        The grain size prediction in the HAZ of the ultra fine grain steel

        Abstract: The paper simulates the welding temperature fields of the ultra fine grain steel by the computer simulation, and obtains the thermal cycle curve. Meanwhile, the paper has predicted the grain size of HAZ in the base of the thermal cycle curve. The outcome of the prediction accords with the outcome of the experiment .
