新形势下温州电大师资队伍建设的思考

        摘要：随着“全民学习、终身学习”理念的提出，继续教育在构建学习型社会中的作用日益重要，电大系统师资队伍建设也显得更加重要和紧迫。本文对温州电大教师队伍的现状进行了详尽的分析，就如何加强温州电大师资队伍的建设进行了探讨。

        Abstract: With the concept of "universal learning, lifelong learning" putting forward, the role of continuing education in building a learning society becomes increasingly important, so teaching staff construction of Wenzhou Radio & Television University is even more important and urgent. In this paper, the status of teachers in Wenzhou Radio & Television University is analyzed in detail, and the way to strengthen the teaching staff construction is discussed.
