阅读是一项国家战略

        摘要阅读可以改变人的文化认同、振奋民族精神、凝聚民心、提升国家竞争力。可以说，国民阅读能力的高低直接影响到一个国家和民族的未来。在中国将全民阅读作为一项国家战略是大势所趋。在此，本文介绍了几个阅读大国实施的国民阅读促进措施，希望能有所借鉴。

        ——The Strategy of Futhering the Cause of Nationwide Reading Used by Foreign Government

        AbstractReading can change people's cultural identity, inspire national spirit, unite the people, and enhance the national competitiveness. We can say that, the national reading ability can directly affect the future of a nation. Nationwide reading as a national strategy is the trend of the times in china. In this paper several reading promotion strategies which are carried out by some reading powers are presented.
