2015版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》解读

        摘要：本文将2015版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》与2002版《普通高等学校图书馆规程（修订）》进行了对比分析，认为新规程秉持以人为本、依法治馆的进步理念，进一步强化了对高校图书馆人才和物资方面的保障，对高校图书馆的服务范围和服务方式提出了更新、更高的要求。

        An interpretation of the 2015 edition of the Rules of Library in Colleges and Universities

        Abstract：Abstract：In this paper，by comparing and analyzing the R ules of the Library in Colleges and Universities（2015 Edition） with the R ules of the Library in Colleges and Universities （R evised）（2002 Edition）>，it is concluded that the revised edition upholds the concept of people- oriented and managing the museum according to law，it enhanced the protection on library personnel and material aspects，and proposd updated and higher requirements of the university library service range and service mode.
