经过改革开放30年的发展, 广东的动漫产业取得了长足进展, 呈现出欣欣向荣的发展态势。在新时期, 广东动漫产业的发展面临着前所未有的大好机遇, 广东动漫产业发展走在全国的前列, 积累了一定优势，其动漫产业发展在取得显著成绩的同时，也面临产业链不完整，市场机制不健全，政府政策相对滞后等难题。分析广东动漫产业的现状与趋势,分析广东动漫产业发展的优点和不足，针对动漫产业发展落后的原因 提出广东动漫产业的发展战略。

我国的动漫产业近年来获得了长足发展，市场前景日趋看好。但是和日美等发达国家相比较，由于缺乏对这一文化产品与市场的研究与开发，还有许多影响动漫产业发展的要素问题没有彻底解决。本文试图通过对各方面要素现状的分析，提出一些建议，以促进我国动漫产业良性发展。我国的动漫产业近年来获得了长足发展，市场前景日趋看好。但是和日美等发达国家相比较，由于缺乏对这一文化产品与市场的研究与开发，还有许多影响动漫产业发展的要素问题没有彻底解决。本文试图通过对各方面要素现状的分析，提出一些建议，以促进广东以及我国动漫产业良性发展。

ABSTRACT

Strengthening the development of animation industry is conducive to the development of new sources of economic growth, to the spread of the advanced socialist cultureand theprosperity of Guangdong_sculture, thusproviding apowerful support both spiritually and intelligently for further economic and social development of Guangdong. Though in 30 years of development since the_ reform andopening_up_ policy, the animation industry inGuangdong has achieved great success, it also has been Confronted withsevere challenges. Guangdong, inorder to builda cultural province, should choose anaccurate position, select ascientific development model for industries, implement effective measures and actively promote the development of the animation industry.

In twentieth Century the Chinese animation industry as an emerging comprehensive art, to art, technology, culture, photography, publishing, manufacturing and other fields. It has gradually evolved into a kind of mutual connection, mutual influence economy of large industrial chain. It contains animation film and television production, production, dissemination, derivative product development, licensing and other aspects. （一） 绪 论_

改革开放后，我国动漫产业得到较快发展，上海、广州等先后被国家批准成动漫产业发展基地，希望能够在当地高新技术密集、网络基础好的优势下，发挥基地的区域性辐射作用，营造出的环境有利于动漫发展，带动全国动漫产业的较好发展。

_ _ 2005年, 广东制作完成国产动画片共计22部,并且在国家广电总局评选的40部优秀动漫作品中, 广东省合计有9部获选。其影视动画发展速度和生产规模均排全国第一位。在全国竞相发展动漫产业的形势下, 广东既面临着机遇又面临着挑战。一项不乐观的调查结果显示：在青少年最喜爱的动漫作品中，日本、韩国动漫占60%，欧美动漫占29%，中国内地和港台地区原创动漫的比例仅有11%。我国的动漫产业仅处于初级发展阶段，明显落后于国外动漫产业的发展步伐。
