一、指导思想：
学科教学中的德育渗透是新时期教学工作的一个重点。《中小学德育大纲》指出：“寓德育于各科教学内容和教学过程之中，是每一个教师的职责。学科教学是德育的主载体，也是对学生进行思想政治工作的主渠道。因而，作为学科教师在教学中就一定要渗透德育教育内容。古人早就提出过“智德”这一概念，即智中有德，又有“文以载道”的说法。可见，智的发展促成了德的提高。在语文教学中进行德育渗透与美育教育，既是语文教学教材中美的因素所决定的，也是语文教学发展到今天的必然要求；既是向学生进行爱国主义教育的需要，也是开拓语文教学视野的探索课题。至于此，语文科教学要让学生在学到学科知识的同时得到品德修养，使他们成长为一个全面发展的人。
二、培养目标：
针对学生的德育基础，结合学生的实际开展德育教育。我所教的六年级学生的学习兴趣不浓，素质较差，有较多的学生在品行方面存在缺陷，比如：开学的第一周就出现学生不交作业，不做笔记的现象，因此在语文学科的教学中，有责任也应有目的地对学生进行思想品德的培养，以期能使学生逐渐形成良好的品性，不断规范自己的行为。现把目标分列如下：
（一）、让学生充分认识到语文学科的工具性作用，进而能认真学习，提高自身的听说读写等语文能力。培养其热爱祖国语言文字。
（二）、加强学生良好学习品质的培养。落实学校的德育工作计划，带领学生实现学校的德育培养目标。
（三）、结合课文的思想内涵，对学生进行思想品德教育，教会学生做人，并树立正确积极的人生观和世界观。
三、措施方法：
（一）、注重学生日常行为规范的教育培养，认真督促学生的一言一行，使其都能符合日常行为规范的要求，甚至做得更好。
（二）、学应用“感情”这根主线，把教材的情、教师的情、学生的情紧紧地联系在一起，达到教育人的良好效果。充分发挥教材的特点，挖掘教材的德育因素。在课堂教学中要特别注重展现美的情感，以情感人，以情动人。通过录音、感情范读、学生诵读，达到师生共同接受作品感染的目的，并利用作品中美感的因素来调动学生的感情，把作品中蕴含的美的情操、美的思想潜化在学生的心里。
（三）、转变教学观念，把教学过程变为既教会学生学习，又教会学生做人；贯彻以学生为主，教师为辅的主体教学方法，使其变“要我学习”为“我要学习”，让其有自主思维和意

（五）、贯彻素质教育，以全面提高学生的素质为主。不仅提高学生的学习能力，还应提高学生各方面的素质，如语言表达能力、正确的审美情趣等。
寓德育于各科教学中，已是教师义不容辞，刻不容缓的神圣职责。我们语文教师不仅毫不例外，而且首当其冲。要提高认识，自觉地在教学中改革单纯的讲授知识、技能技法，渗透德育教育，这样才真正地完成现代语文教学的任务，才是真正的“教书育人”。
